Alette's Just Buttermilk Rusks are golden, crunchy sliced rusks with a sweet and creamy buttermilk flavour. Handmade and hand-packed in South Africa, they are sturdy enough for a proper dunk while remaining light and crisp.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (gluten), margarine (vegetable oil [sunflower seed, rapeseed, linseed, soya bean oil and palm seed], fully hydrogenated vegetable fats [palm, palm kernel and coconut fat], whey powder, emulsifiers [soya lecithin], flavouring, preservative [potassium sorbate], acidity regulator, colourant, vitamins), water, sugar, pasteurised liquid egg (3.4%), buttermilk powder (1.5%), raising agent, salt.
