Usage Instructions:

1. Weigh meat and calculate 27g of spice per 1kg

2. Mix meat and spice thoroughly

3. Add Worcester sauce and vinegar (60–100g/kg)

4. Cover and refrigerate overnight

5. Mince (5mm x 5mm) and fill into casing

6. Hang to dry

Ingredients include: Salt, spices, spice extracts, MSG, dextrose, vinegar powder, preservatives, antioxidants, vegetable oil, and dehydrated vegetables.
