How to Use

1. Cut the meat into strips and weigh it.
2. Use approximately 45g of seasoning per 1kg of cut meat.
3. Optional: add Worcestershire sauce or vinegar at approximately 50–100g per 1kg of meat.
4. Mix the meat and seasoning thoroughly, cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Hang to dry using your normal safe meat-curing process.
