How to Use
Mix the seasoning thoroughly through your prepared meat according to your preferred boerewors recipe and the manufacturer’s recommended dosage. Add liquid and vinegar if required by your recipe, fill into suitable sausage casings, and cook thoroughly before serving.
Ingredients
Salt, dextrose, irradiated spices, potassium chloride (E508), preservative [sodium sulphite (E221), yielding a maximum 1.35% SO₂], cereal (maize), flavour enhancer (MSG/E621), spice extracts and flavour enhancer (E635). Contains genetically modified organisms.
Allergen Information
Contains sulphites. Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies.

Storage
