Ingredients:

  • Apricot Butter Glaze: Filtered Water, Apricot Jam (Sugar, Filtered Water, Apricots, Apricot Pulp), Lemon Concentrate, Corn Starch, Cream, Butter, Cocoa Powder, Caramel, Citric Acid, Flavouring
  • Dry Mix: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Raising Agent, Cocoa Powder, Corn Starch, Salt, Flavouring

Usage Instructions:

  1. Adjust oven rack to the middle position. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. Butter the overproof dish generously.
  3. Beat eggs and melted butter on high speed until well blended.
  4. Add hot milk and beat briefly on high speed.
  5. Add the dry mix and gently blend in by hand with a spatula until combined.
  6. Scrape mixture into prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes.
  7. Prepare Apricot Butter Glaze as directed and pour over pudding.
  8. Leave pudding to stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Storage Instructions:

  • Store in a cool, dry cupboard.
  • For longer storage, keep in the fridge.
  • Baked pudding keeps moist for 2 days in an airtight container and will freeze well.
