Preparation Instructions
Stovetop – 3 to 4 servings: Place 1 cup Jungle Oats with salt to taste in a pot. Add 2½–3 cups warm water, or boiling water to speed up cooking. Stir over heat until boiling, then reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Microwave – single serving: Place ½ cup Jungle Oats with salt to taste in a large microwave-safe bowl. Add 1–1½ cups warm water, depending on the preferred consistency. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stopping to stir regularly.
Serving suggestion: Serve with milk and sugar, or add fresh or dried fruit, yoghurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder, nuts or seeds.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
