How to Use
Season protein or vegetables and coat generously with the marinade. Turn or stir contents through the marinade to ensure even coating. Allow to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge for best flavour. Braai over medium coals or grill in the oven, basting continuously while cooking.
