Usage Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients:
- 1 Oxtail, cut into pieces
- 500g (4 lamb shins) cut into pieces
- 2 cups beans or peas (optional)
- 250g bacon, finely diced
- 4 chopped onions
- 500g green beans cut up
- 1 bunch of carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 baby marrows, broken into pieces
- 300g button mushrooms
- 1 green pepper, seeded and diced
- 15 baby potatoes
- 2 celery sticks chopped
- 15 whole cloves
- 1 red chili pepper chopped
- Roughly chopped parsley
- 30ml butter
- 4 blocks beef stock crumbled
- 250ml dry red wine or grape juice
- 15g brown onion soup powder

Cooking Method:
- Heat the pot and coat with butter and braise the meat until brown all over. Add the chopped garlic, green pepper, onion, and contents of (pouch 1 - seeds) and continue to braise for a further 15 minutes.
- Add the bacon and beans and contents of (pouch 2) and beef stock mixed with 1 cup of boiling water and cook for another 15 minutes. Then add contents of (pouch 3), simmer for a further 10 minutes.
- Remove meat and place in the pot, cover with the lid and allow to simmer for 1 hour.
- Replace the lamb and oxtail into the pot and add contents of (pouch 4) and simmer for 1 hour.
- Add carrots, potatoes, and green beans against the edge of the pot then a ring of cauliflower on the inside.
- Push the mushrooms tightly between the beans and the pot edge and green beans and sprinkle with the chili.
- Pack halved potatoes between the beans and the carrots and sprinkle the celery over the vegetables.
- Cover with the lid and simmer for 2 hours until all vegetables are tender and the meat is ready to fall off the bone.
Storage Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Use within 6 months of opening.
