Quick, Smooth and Ready in 3 Minutes
Start the day with Jungle Taystee Wheat, a smooth and comforting wheat semolina porridge that is ready in just three minutes. Its mild flavour makes it delicious on its own or served with milk, fruit, nuts, seeds, honey or cinnamon.

Preparation
Microwave: Pour 2 cups of boiling water into a large bowl. Add ½ cup Taystee Wheat. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
Stovetop — 3 servings: Pour 750ml (3 cups) milk, water or a mixture of both into a pot and add salt to taste. Bring to the boil and remove from the heat. Gradually beat in 125ml (½ cup) Taystee Wheat with a fork. Return to the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Do not overcook.
Ingredients: Wheat semolina (wheat, gluten).
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten). May contain oats (gluten) and soya.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
