Preparation instructions
Microwave – 2 servings: Pour 2 cups of boiling water into a large bowl and add salt to taste. Whisk in ½ cup Jungle Taystee Wheat. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
Stovetop – 3 servings: Pour 750ml (3 cups) milk or water, or a mixture of both, into a pot and add salt to taste. Bring to the boil and remove from the heat. Gradually beat in 125ml (½ cup) Jungle Taystee Wheat with a fork. Return to the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Do not overcook.
