ACE Super Maize Meal is a fortified white super maize meal made from genetically modified maize and enriched with essential vitamins and minerals. It is a versatile pantry staple commonly used to prepare smooth or stiff maize porridge.
Its fine texture makes it suitable for a variety of traditional dishes, with preparation methods provided on the pack for both soft and stiff pap, as well as porridge (motogo).

Ingredients
Super Maize Meal (maize) (contains genetically modified ingredients), minerals (electrolytic iron, zinc oxide) and vitamins (retinol (Vitamin A), thiamine (Vitamin B1), riboflavin (Vitamin B2), niacin (Vitamin B3), pyridoxine (Vitamin B6), folate (Vitamin B9)).
Allergens: Contains not specified. May contain soy and wheat (gluten).
Contains genetically modified ingredients.
Preparation Instructions
Stiff Pap: Bring 900 ml water to the boil. Add 300 g (2 cups) maize meal and salt to taste. Mix well to avoid lumps. Reduce heat and cook over medium heat with lid on until desired texture is reached (approximately 20–25 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Soft Pap: Bring 1.1 L water to the boil. Add 300 g (2 cups) maize meal and salt to taste. Mix well and cook until desired consistency is reached.
Porridge (Motogo): Mix 300 g (2 cups) maize meal with 1.1 L cold water to form a paste. Bring a further 1.1 L water to the boil, slowly stir in the paste while stirring continuously to avoid lumps, and cook until thickened.
Storage Instructions: Store under cool, dry, ventilated and hygienic conditions.
