Freddy Hirsch Cabanossi Spice is a traditional South African sausage seasoning created for making bold, savoury cabanossi at home. This 600g blend combines carefully balanced herbs and spices to help you recreate the familiar flavour of dried and smoked cabanossi sausages.
To use, mix the seasoning through your prepared meat mixture, fill into suitable sausage casings, then smoke and dry according to your preferred recipe and food-safety process. For the best result, pair it with our boerewors and dry wors casings.
