Make traditional South African-style biltong with Freddy Hirsch Hunters Biltong Seasoning. This complete blend brings savoury beef-style flavour with prominent coriander and black-pepper notes, making it ideal for beef, venison and other preferred cuts.

How to Use
Use 40–60g of seasoning per kilogram of meat. Mix or tumble the seasoning, meat and any additional ingredients together, then leave overnight to marinate. Mix or tumble again, hang, and dry until the meat has lost approximately 40–60% of its moisture. Shake the pack well before use.

2kg seasoning pack. Seasoning only; meat is not included.
Ingredients
Flavouring, irradiated coriander, salt, sucrose and black pepper. Contains genetically modified organisms.
Allergen advisory: Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies.
Storage
Store bags flat under cool, dry conditions. Reseal opened packs securely.
